Update your account password.

You can change your password at any time from the app settings. We recommend changing your password periodically for security.

Changing Your Password

  1. Open the navigation drawer and tap Settings.
  2. Select Change Password.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter your new password twice to confirm.
  5. Tap Save to update your password.

Password Requirements

  • At least 8 characters long
  • Mix of letters, numbers, and symbols recommended
  • Avoid common words or easily guessable information

Forgot Your Password?

If you've forgotten your password and can't log in:

  1. On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?"
  2. Enter your phone number and birthday for verification.
  3. You'll receive an SMS code to verify your identity.
  4. Enter the code and set a new password.
Note: The phone number and birthday must match what your church has on file. If they don't match, contact your church administrator.
