Advanced Filters

Filter the directory by age, gender, location, and more.

Advanced filters allow you to narrow down the directory to find specific groups of people. This feature is available to users with the View Full User Info permission.

Permission Required: Advanced filters are only available to users with the view_full_user_info permission. If you don't see the filter button, contact your church administrator.

Available Filters

Tap the filter icon in the toolbar to open the filter panel. You can combine multiple filters:

Demographics

  • Gender – Male, Female, or Any
  • Age Range – Minimum and maximum age
  • Family Status – Single, Married, Divorced/Separated, Widowed, Child
  • Number of Children – Min/max children count

Dates

  • Joined Church Date – Date range
  • Marriage Date – Wedding anniversary range
  • Left Church Date – Date range
  • Deceased Date – Date range

Location

  • City – Contains search
  • ZIP/Postal Code – Starts with search

Employment

  • Employer – Contains search
  • Position – Contains search
  • Experience – Contains search

Using Filters

  1. Tap the filter icon in the directory toolbar.
  2. Set your criteria in the filter panel (e.g., Age: 25-40, City: Springfield).
  3. Tap "Apply" to filter the directory.
  4. A badge will appear on the filter icon showing how many filters are active.
Tip: To clear all filters, open the filter panel and tap "Clear All".
