Adding New Members

Add new members to your church directory.

Administrators can add new members to the church directory directly from the mobile app.

Permission Required: Adding people requires the add_user permission.

Adding a New Person

  1. Tap the + button in the directory or navigation menu.
  2. Fill in the required fields: First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number.
  3. Add optional information: email, address, birthday, family relationships, etc.
  4. Set the Member status (member vs. non-member).
  5. Tap "Save" to add the person to the directory.

  • • Profile photo

User Limits

Your organization's subscription tier determines how many users you can add. If you reach your limit, you'll see a prompt to upgrade your subscription.

Tip: When adding a family, start with the adults, then add children. This makes it easier to set up family relationships correctly.
